Uptown Boutique Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! đź’•
If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.


STANDARD RETURNS

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date your package arrives (based on USPS tracking).
All returns are issued as Store Credit Only in the form of an Uptown Boutique E-Gift Card — no refunds are given.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.


HOLIDAY RETURNS

For purchases made between December 1st – December 24th, we happily extend our return/exchange window through January 7th.
We understand many of these items are gifts and want your holiday shopping to be stress-free!


ONLINE EXCLUSIVES

We’re thrilled to now offer Online Exclusives — special items available only on our website.
Please note:

  • These pieces are not sold in store.

  • They are FINAL SALE — no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.

  • If you order an Online Exclusive for in-store pickup, you will still be charged shipping, which will be due at pickup. This is not negotiable.
    Once it’s yours, it’s yours! Enjoy it, love it, or gift it. 💖


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or Final Sale items (anything marked down 30% or more, in “Sale” or “Final Few” collections, or marked FS)

  • All accessories — including hats, jewelry, sunglasses, handbags, and drinkware

  • Candles

  • Swimwear and undergarments

  • Customized jewelry and any item clearly marked “Final Sale” in its description

  • Kate Spade merchandise (all Final Sale)

  • Online Exclusives

  • Health, beauty, and personal care items


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are only approved for incorrect or damaged items.
Fit, change of mind, or dislike of an item is not cause for a refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. (Processing time may vary depending on your card issuer.)

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or card company first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at uptownboutiqueramona@gmail.com.


EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
To exchange for the same item in a different size or color, email uptownboutiqueramona@gmail.com and send your item to:

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Standard shipping for online orders is a flat $10.

  • Online Exclusive orders ship directly from our vendors and some incur a separate shipping cost.

  • If you order an Online Exclusive for in-store pickup, the shipping fee will still apply and will be due at pickup.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, if your return is over $50, please use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
