Returns


Our return policy is simple. Items are eligible for return/exchange 14 days from the date the package arrives at your door (per USPS tracking information).  No refunds are given for returns.  Returns will be given Store Credit Only in the form of an Uptown Boutique E-gift Card. 

December 1st - December 24th  must be returned by January 7th

We extend our return/exchange policy during this time of year as we know that many of the items are being purchased as gifts.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or Final Sale Items (items purchased from the Sale, Final Few Collections, marked down 30% or more, or marked *FS)
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Swimsuits and other personal undergarments
  • ALL Kate Spade items are FINAL SALE
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
If the refund is approved (due to an incorrect item being sent or damage during transit (item fit is not cause for automatic refund), your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days (this return process is instant on our end, and the refund duration depends on your card issuing bank).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we are happy to verify the return has been processed on our end.  The next step will be to contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at uptownboutiqueramona@gmail.com and send your item to 642 Main St., Ramona CA 92065.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
